Takhta
Takhta is a new residential complex in Dilijan, designed by Green Rock in collaboration with MVRDV. Conceived as part of the growing Dilijan ecosystem — alongside the hotel, Art Park, Music Hall, and Cabinet Cafe & Restaurant — it is a place where nature, architecture, and everyday life meet on equal terms.
The complex takes its form from the landscape itself. Cascading terraces, organic curves, and a façade inspired by the layered rock formations of the Armenian mountains make Takhta something rare: a building that feels like it belongs exactly where it stands.
