Multifunctional Complex
The Multifunctional Complex is a new space in Dilijan — a place to stay, enjoy nature, learn, and work.
It brings together a hotel, music hall, co-working spaces, a café, campus, and a public park — all connected into a single, thoughtfully designed environment. Each element supports the others, creating a space where culture, learning, and everyday life naturally come together.

The Multifunctional Complex —
A 360° Concept in the Making
The Complex spans over a plot area of around 60,000 m² and has been carefully developed to preserve the existing nature and landscapes and balance the built infrastructure with open green space. The site is divided into several interconnected zones — each with a clear function, identity, and role within the ecosystem. A covered escalator will link the lower and upper parts of the park and connect the Hotel area with the Music Hall. The escalator is in addition to the hiking trails and biking lanes carefully designed throughout the park, making the entire site walkable, accessible and enjoyable.
Hotel
The future hotel at Multifunctional Complex will offer a modern hospitality experience at the foot of the Dilijan mountains. With 210 rooms, wellness areas, restaurants, event spaces, and a cinema, it’s designed for both international travelers and local guests — from families and couples to business groups and cultural visitors.
More than a place to stay, the hotel will become a year-round anchor for the region — creating over 400 new jobs, offering training in partnership with the hospitality school, and setting a new standard for comfort, service, and sustainability in Armenia’s tourism landscape.
Music Hall
The Music Hall will become a flexible venue for concerts, festivals, conferences, and community events. From classical performances and shows to school celebrations and public screenings — it will offer a stage for both global voices and local talent.
Designed to host up to 650 people and state-of-the-art infrastructure, the Music Hall will bring year-round activity and over 300 new jobs to the region. It will also support local education, youth programs, and cultural access — turning Dilijan into a destination for creativity and connection.
Campus
Campus is a new residential project in Dilijan addressing the town’s growing housing needs. Designed for Green Rock employees, Apicius Hospitality School students, and future residents of the ecosystem, it will offer modern shared living spaces alongside larger apartments for long-term stays.
Located in a quiet district, the Campus will help revive the surrounding neighborhood, bringing new life to local shops and cafes. A new building for the Hospitality School will be developed next to it, connected by a shared terrace to create a vibrant and inclusive community hub.
Cabinet Café
Once a soviet government office, it is now being transformed into a three-level café that keeps its unique brick exterior while opening up to new meaning and functions.
The café — all set within the original structure and carefully restored — will host both everyday visitors and student chefs from the Apicius school, who will use one of the floors for hands-on training and events.
Open to everyone — from visitors to hotel guests — the café will offer both great food and unique atmosphere: an interesting blend of memory, architecture, and hospitality, right at the edge of the forest.
Villa 3 Community Hub
Villa 3 Community Hub is a new space in Dilijan designed to bring together work, learning, and community life. It will feature comfortable workspaces, a small lecture hall, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views. The surrounding grounds will be landscaped with greenery and seating areas to create a welcoming environment for everyone.
Beyond being a coworking space, Villa 3 Community Hub will host local initiatives, workshops, and cultural events while preserving references to the original building. The project will provide new opportunities for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and digital nomads, strengthening Dilijan’s profile as a destination for creative professionals.
Art Park
Art Park is a new cultural and recreational space within the Multifunctional Complex, designed as a meeting point between nature, creativity, and community life. The park will feature open-air art installations, eco-trails, a central square for events, and an amphitheater connected to the Music Hall — creating a vibrant destination for both locals and visitors throughout the year.
Inspired by Dilijan’s artistic heritage, the park will include open-air studios, workshops, and spaces for sports, yoga, and meditation in nature. Light pavilions on thin columns echo traditional balconies, while large windows open the interiors to the forest and natural light — turning Art Park into a modern creative residence for the city.
Sustainability
Designed with care
The project minimizes impact on forests and natural landscapes. At every step, we strive to choose eco-friendly methods and equipment. When we create temporary work zones, we commit to restoring them fully. We also set clear boundaries to keep sensitive areas safe. Nature isn’t an afterthought — it’s part of the plan from the very beginning.
Infrastructure
Built to last
The Multifunctional Complex is developed in accordance with the international engineering standards (British Standards, IEEE) and adapted to the region’s terrain and seismic activity. The Complex will operate on a unified infrastructure system — electricity, water, internet, security — all planned as an integrated network.
Social and Economical Impact
The Multifunctional Complex will create long-term value for Dilijan and its people, including:
New jobs
Over 800 new positions across construction, hospitality, culture, and education
Professional training programs
