Applications are now open for the 2026 academic year at Apicius Armenia International School of Hospitality in Dilijan.
Established through a collaboration between Green Rock Foundation and Apicius International School of Hospitality (Florence, Italy), the school brings internationally recognized hospitality education to Armenia, combining European academic standards with hands-on industry experience from the first day of studies.
Who Can Apply
The Academic Programs are open to applicants who have completed secondary education and are interested in pursuing a career in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, food and beverage management, events, wellness, and related service industries.
The programs are delivered in English and welcome students from Armenia and abroad.
Admissions Timeline
- Application period: May 1 – July 15, 2026
- Results announced: July 30, 2026
While July 15 is the official application deadline, applications submitted after this date may also be considered depending on available places.
