Overview
A new landmark for Yerevan — where banking meets the city
Evocabank
The new headquarters of Evocabank, designed by Green Rock in collaboration with MVRDV (Rotterdam), will become one of the most architecturally significant buildings in central Yerevan.
A 10-storey tower with cascading terraces, rooftop restaurant, and a helipad — set on one of the city’s most prominent streets, steps from the National Assembly and Lovers’ Park.

Project Purposes
The building redefines what a bank headquarters can be. Rather than a closed, monofunctional office block, Evocabank HQ is conceived as a mixed-use urban landmark — integrating a public café, street-level banking branch, VIP and conference facilities, flexible office floors, a childcare space for staff, and a restaurant and terrace at the top.
Green Rock served as local architect and engineer, coordinating the full concept design package alongside MVRDV. The project demonstrates Green Rock Development’s capacity to deliver complex, internationally co-authored buildings to the highest design standards.
