Construction Progress Update
We are pleased to present the latest update on our ongoing construction projects, where significant progress continues across multiple sites.
Campus
At the Campus project, key works are actively advancing across both exterior and interior scopes. Roofing cable installations and technical interior finishing works are underway. External roofing finishing is being completed along with the installation of roof railings for enhanced safety and design integrity.
Inside the building, interior finishing works are progressing across all floors, including rooms, corridors, bathrooms, and kitchens. Electrical installation works are also being carried out in parallel. In addition, balcony waterproofing systems are being implemented, followed by professional tile installation to ensure durability and high-quality finishing.
Apicius Armenia
At Apicius Armenia, construction is approaching its final structural stages. Retaining wall concrete works are being finalized, while interior plastering and gypsum-based applications are in progress. Cement-sand finishing works are also being completed to prepare surfaces for final decorative layers. Additional technical and finishing works are ongoing to ensure full readiness of the spaces.
Villa 3 Community Hub
Villa 3 Community Hub is also progressing steadily with premium interior and exterior works. A 3D fireplace installation has been completed, adding a distinctive architectural feature to the villa. Ceiling works are currently in progress, alongside the installation of plinths and decorative moldings. Additionally, the structural frame of the outdoor pavilion is under construction, contributing to the expansion of the villa’s leisure and outdoor living areas.
