A landmark international real estate development co-led by the founders of Green Rock and Starlife Group — a joint venture between two Armenian entrepreneurs, Vazgen Gevorkyan and Gevorg Shahbazyan, bringing their respective platforms together on the global stage.
Located in Hollywood, Florida, 21 Hollywood is a 14-story luxury mixed-use development co-developed by Starlife Group and Green Rock’s founder, with architecture by renowned designer Kobi Karp. The project will deliver 200 upscale rental residences and approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, with completion scheduled for 2026–2027.
More than a standalone project, 21 Hollywood reflects the shared vision of its co-developers and the conviction that Armenian entrepreneurial ambition belongs on the international stage. The same vision, execution, and global perspective that define 21 Hollywood also shape Green Rock’s long-term approach to development and investment.

Our vision is to turn Dilijan from a short visit to a multi-day destination — a place of culture, events, and exceptional hospitality. By building modern infrastructure, the project will create new jobs, empower local communities, attract new talent, and offer an experience where nature, comfort, and culture come together.
The project will incorporate sustainable building practices (e.g., energy-efficient design and waste management systems) and boost local and national tourism revenues while enhancing regional employment and skill development. Acting as a cornerstone of the Multifunctional Complex concept, it will expand Armenia’s upscale hospitality offering and become a catalyst for economic growth in the region and beyond.
The hotel will be more than a place to stay — it will become a hub for cultural, wellness, and social life in Dilijan. With premium spa facilities, restaurants, retail zones, cinema, and family spaces, it will bring a new standard of comfort and activity to the region. And, just as importantly, it will open new opportunities for the people who live here.
Together with the hospitality school, the hotel will reshape the region’s economic dynamics — opening pathways for local residents to build careers in hospitality, attract global talent, and start small businesses that serve a growing, high-value audience.
