The First International Hospitality School in the Region — “Apicius” Will Be Opened in Dilijan

“Apicius” International Hospitality School will soon open its doors in Dilijan, specializing in Hospitality Management, Food, Wine, and Wellness studies. It is the Armenian representation of the renowned “Apicius International School of Hospitality”, originally based in Florence, Italy, and the first international hospitality school in the region. 

The school aims to develop the hospitality and culinary culture in Armenia by combining international expertise with local traditions. The academic process will be conducted by Italian experts who will share their extensive experience and professional knowledge with students. 

“Apicius” International Hospitality School offers both professional and amateur programs, providing students the opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and practical skills that meet international industry standards.
