Green Rock Meets with the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee

Our CEO Katerina Danekina and Head of Government and External Relations, Nare Haroyan, together with Gurgen Grigoryan, President of the Association of Armenian Developers, met with Yeghiazar Vardanyan, Chairman of the Urban Development Committee.

The discussion highlighted the work being carried out in cooperation with the Association of Armenian Developers and the Urban Development Committee to localize EU standards, creating a framework for the implementation of innovative urban development solutions in Armenia that align with international best practices.

Green Rock pursues its strategy for regional growth through a series of transformative projects, including a Hotel, Music hall, Villa 3 Community Hub, Art park, Apicius Armenia International School of Hospitality, and a Campus.

These initiatives aim to create high-quality public spaces, generate employment, and provide lasting opportunities for local communities, while enriching Dilijan’s cultural and social landscape.
