Campus Construction on Track for Completion in 2026

The Campus is being developed as a response to Dilijan’s growing housing demand. With hundreds of people joining Green Rock’s projects — from professionals to students of Apicius Armenia — the Campus will provide a modern, comfortable place to live and study. Designed as a mix of shared and private spaces, it will accommodate up to 200 residents while maintaining a sense of community and balance between work and home.

Located in another part of town, the Campus will also help revive a quiet residential district, supporting local cafés, shops, and services. It forms part of a larger ecosystem that will create over 800 jobs in the region, making relocation easier for new specialists and long-term residents alike.

Construction continues on schedule, with finishing, facade, and engineering works currently underway. Roofing and terrace installations are progressing steadily, keeping the project on track for completion in the first half of 2026.
