The complex’s location will be advantageous in all respects. Dilijan is a “breath of fresh air” for residents and guests of Armenia, a locale where the weather is pleasant year-round and you can truly discover bona fide Armenia, in harmony with nature.
The three levels of the complex will be located at an altitude of 1,233-1,300 m and connected by a cable car, which will allow visitors to enjoy a breathtaking view of the stunning Dilijan National Park from the observation deck.
The first level will house comfortable lobbies, premium restaurants serving masterpieces of national and world cuisines, small shops selling local farm products and handicrafts, and children’s entertainment and educational centers. In the second level, visitors will be able to taste locally produced wines. The third level will serve as a venue for events of various natures and scales, from music festivals and concerts to exhibitions and business events.
