On March 16, the Dilijan sports complex was the venue for the annual “Rocking Dilijan” wrestling tournament.
Over 200 young athletes from various cities within the Republic of Armenia took part in this sporting competition. Wrestlers from Gyumri, Armavir, Stepanavan, Artashat and other cities took part and competed in 12 weight categories.
The event was honored by the presence of Dilijan’s Mayor, Davit Sargsyan, gold, silver, bronze medalist of the Olympic Games, Artur Aleksanyan, who is also a four-time world champion and six-time European champion, as well as the entire Armenian Greco-Roman wrestling team.
Green Rock Management Group is the sponsor and the organizer of the yearly “Rocking Dilijan” wrestling tournament.
