Overview
Housing project for Green Rock employees and Apicius students

Campus

The Campus is designed as a response to Dilijan’s growing housing challenge. Green Rock’s projects will bring hundreds of people to work and study and the Campus will provide them with a modern and comfortable place to live.

Located in another part of town, the Campus will also help revive a quiet residential district — bringing new life to local shops, cafes, and services while keeping work and home separate.

Project Purposes

The Campus will accommodate up to 200 residents — employees of Green Rock, students of the Hospitality School and the future residents of the whole ecosystem. It will follow a modern housing format with shared rooms, while the upper floors will offer larger and more comfortable living spaces.

Beyond housing, the Campus will also support recruitment, making it easier for specialists to relocate from other cities. On the adjacent plot, a new building for the Hospitality School will be created, connecting the Campus with a shared terrace.
