Apicius Armenia is an innovative center for hospitality and culinary education, created through a collaboration between the Green Rock Foundation and Apicius Florence — International School of Hospitality. The project brings European-level training to Armenia with a focus on hands-on learning and international careers.

The school offers international academic degrees, professional development programs, and culinary workshops for students, professionals, and tourists, combining Italian excellence with Armenian culture and traditions.

Project Purposes

Apicius Armenia aims to create a regional benchmark in hospitality and gastronomy education, strengthening Armenia’s position on the international tourism map. The school will provide practical, industry-oriented training, giving students the skills to build global careers in hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism, while supporting sustainable development and cultural exchange.

By combining European standards with local cultural identity and the best practices of experiential learning, the school in Dilijan will also support the local economy, engage the community, and contribute to the development of Armenia’s culinary and tourism sectors.
