Construction is entering its final phase: facade works will be completed within the next 2 weeks, and landscaping is already underway. Interior finishing continues in parallel, with terrace flooring installation and rooftop pergola works planned for later this month.
Scheduled to open in the first half of 2026, Villa 3 Community Hub will join the network of facilities shaping Dilijan’s new hospitality ecosystem — one focused on sustainability, comfort, and authentic local character.
