2025 was a year of people choosing Dilijan, a growing community shaping the city’s future together, ideas, concepts and plans turning into reality. Behind every project, event, and milestone stand people — and the numbers below tell their story.

How Our Team Grew

In 2025, Green Rock continued to grow as a team and as a community. Our team doubled, bringing new specialists, fresh perspectives, and long-term commitment to Dilijan.

  • 40+ new teammates joined the Green Rock
  • 32 colleagues relocated from other regions to live and work in Dilijan
  • 97 external specialists partnered with us on key projects

In 2026, we will continue building a strong, local, and purpose-driven team.

A Culture of Care, Learning, and Wellbeing

We believe meaningful work starts with well-being. Throughout 2025, we invested in health, education, and everyday comfort for our team.

  • 67% of employees completed annual health check-ups
  • 35% of employees with children ensured kids’ health check-ups
  • 296 hours of language learning completed
  • 14 professional trainings organized
  • Free daily lunches provided for all Dilijan-based employees

These initiatives reflect our commitment to creating an environment that supports long-term growth.

Turning Vision into Reality: Project Milestones

2025 was a year of visible progress across Dilijan.

Main construction works were completed for four landmark projects:

  • Cabinet Restaurant–Café
  • Villa 3 Community Hub
  • Campus
  • Apicius Armenia Hospitality School Building

At the same time, new ideas took shape.

Concept designs were finalized for three future projects:

  • Hotel
  • Music Hall
  • Art Park

Each project moves us closer to a more vibrant, connected, and sustainable city.

Building with Purpose and Standards

At Green Rock, quality is a core principle guiding how we design and build.

Villa 3 Community Hub earned EDGE sustainability certification, reinforcing our environmental responsibility

Apicius Armenia School was developed using a fully BIM-based design, ensuring precision and efficiency

Both projects were developed in line with international standards.

Community at the Heart of Everything

Our work extends far beyond construction sites. In 2025, Green Rock and Green Rock Foundation helped bring people together, empower youth, and care for the city we share.

  • 18,000+ participants joined our events and programs
  • 3 youth-led city projects implemented through the Next Gen initiative
  • 450 young athletes took part in Rocking Dilijanthree times more than in 2024
  • First-ever ballet classes launched at Dilijan Sports School, welcoming 35 pupils
  • 37 dogs vaccinated through the DiliDog City program

Together, these initiatives strengthened community life in Dilijan.

Culture, Education, and Tomorrow’s Leaders

We continue to invest in creativity, education, and the next generation.

  • Christmas Market in Dilijan: 9,000 visitors and 50 local artisans
  • Summer Programme in Dilijan: 1,000+ visitors
  • Apicius Armenia Hospitality School:
    • 24 full-time students were enrolled in the first year
    • 65 workshop participants
    • 7 Italian instructors
    • 10 full scholarships covering 100% tuition
  • Meet Dilijan community initiative bringing together 150 active members

These initiatives help to nurture talent, support local culture, and build a shared vision for the future.

Connecting Dilijan to the World

In 2025, Green Rock strengthened its presence on both Armenian and international platforms.

  • 15 exhibitions attended
  • 10 conferences participated in
  • 5 Memorandums of Understanding signed
  • 35+ local and international organizations engaged
  • 7 active memberships maintained

These partnerships expand knowledge, collaboration, and opportunities for Dilijan.

2025 showed us what’s possible when people, purpose, and place come together.
