The Green Rock team recently participated in an ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Corporate Sustainability Fundamentals training aimed at strengthening our understanding of responsible business practices, sustainable development and organizational resilience.
The session introduced key ESG principles and explored their growing importance in today’s business environment. Team members learned about the environmental, social, and governance dimensions of sustainability, including climate impact, employee well being, corporate ethics, transparency, and responsible decision making.
The training also focused on practical applications of ESG in commercial companies. Participants discussed how to identify ESG risks and opportunities, integrate sustainability considerations into business strategies, and measure progress through relevant performance indicators. Interactive group activities allowed the team to apply these concepts to real project scenarios and exchange ideas through collaborative discussions.
Green Rock’s commitment to sustainability is reflected not only in learning initiatives but also in our projects. Our Villa 3 Community Hub has received the EDGE Certification, recognizing its resource efficient design and alignment with international sustainability standards.
This training represents another step in strengthening ESG awareness across the organization and reinforcing Green Rock’s commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices.
