Winter is not a pause in construction.
For projects developed by Green Rock, it is a season when planning, engineering, and teamwork continue to move projects forward despite challenging conditions.
Over the past three winter months, important progress has been achieved across several sites, including the Campus, Villa 3 Community Hub, Apicius Armenia, and the Cabinet restaurant-café.
Campus
Work on the building facade has continued throughout the winter period. At the same time, interior spaces have begun to take shape.
Several areas inside the building have already been renovated, and furniture installation has started in selected spaces. These steps mark an important transition toward the next stage of the project.

Villa 3 Community Hub
Significant milestones have been reached at the Villa 3 Community Hub.
Facade works have been fully completed, marking the completion of a major stage of the building’s external development. Landscaping activities have also begun outside the building, gradually shaping the surrounding environment.
Inside the building, interior finishing works are actively progressing as the project moves closer to completion.

Apicius Armenia
At the Apicius Armenia site, structural progress continues.
Reinforced concrete works have been completed, creating the structural foundation for the next construction phases. Design and engineering development are ongoing as the project continues to evolve.

Cabinet Restaurant-Café
The Cabinet restaurant-café project is now approaching its final stage.
During the winter months, final adjustments were completed and furniture installation was carried out. The space is gradually taking its final form as preparations continue for the next phase.

Construction activity continues across Green Rock projects in every season. Winter progress reflects the consistency of the development process and the commitment of the teams involved.
At Green Rock, quality and attention to detail remain priorities throughout the entire year.
