On June 28, the “City Talks: Live Podcast” event titled “Architectural Future of Yerevan” took place. The event was aimed at summarizing the first season of “City Talks: Live Podcast” and announcing the upcoming second season.
It included panel discussions, speeches and Q&A.
Among the speakers of the discussion were such representatives of the art sphere as: Meruzhan Minasyan, co-founder and director of “Storaket” architectural studio; calligrapher, designer, pedagogue Ruben Malayan; co-founder of “SNKH” architectural studio Ashot Snkhchyan and co-founder of “NPATAK” educational foundation and “Tarberak” architectural studioKaren Berberyan. The presented speakers were the guests of the first season editions of “City Talks”, who gathered in one hall to discuss and present their professional position related to the national vision, Yerevan’s urban planning problems and future development directions.
Thus, the guest list of the event included guests from previous episodes of the “City Talks” podcast, “Green Rock” staff, company partners and community representatives.
During the event the speakers discussed the architectural future of Yerevan, the main challenges and possible solutions with the host Mark Grigoryan and answered the questions of the audience. After the panel discussions, there was networking with catering and music.
