Cabinet Café Reconstruction Nears Completion

Cabinet Café is one of Green Rock’s key redevelopment projects — the transformation of a historic brick building that once housed a branch of Yerevan University. Instead of demolition, the site is being carefully restored and reimagined as a modern dining and event venue with 150 indoor seats, three garden pavilions, and a rooftop terrace for up to 250 guests.

Landscaping around the building has been completed, and furniture installation is underway. The final painting and facade color works will be completed in the coming weeks, marking the last stage of restoration.

More than just a restaurant, Cabinet Café will serve as a cultural and social hub for Dilijan — preserving the original architectural details while introducing a new type of hospitality experience.
