Green Rock

By connecting economy, culture, and environment, Green Rock creates conditions for Dilijan to grow sustainably and independently. Every project is designed to generate long-term value — from employment and tourism to education, cultural preservation, and ecological responsibility.

As a member of Impact Europe, Green Rock aligns with international standards of inclusive and sustainable growth.

Our projects will incorporate energy-efficient technologies to minimize CO₂ emissions and support sustainable development.

Resource Efficiency

Water-saving fixtures, thermal insulation, and efficient lighting will minimize energy and water use across projects.

Biodiversity & Waste

We protect vulnerable landscapes, restore green zones, and work toward zero single-use plastics with robust recycling systems.

Social Impact

Our vision of social responsibility goes beyond job creation — it includes diversity, education, cultural exchange, and direct investment in local communities.

Core Policies:

70% of managerial positions are held by women. Our team unites 3 nationalities and works in 3 languages — English, Armenian, and Russian.
Employees benefit from medical insurance, safe working conditions, and equal opportunities.

We engage suppliers and subcontractors with audits and clear standards. We work to improve labor rights and prevent exploitative practices.

Our social responsibility includes concrete initiatives that directly support people in Dilijan, implemented through the Green Rock Foundation, which advances education, skills, and community-led projects to strengthen Dilijan’s social fabric.
A few examples include the Dilijan Sports Complex — reopened in December 2023, now serving 300 children with modern training facilities — and the Corn Kiosks project, where 25 redesigned and branded kiosks replace makeshift stalls, creating safer and more attractive conditions for local vendors.

18 employees took part in 38 learning programs. Mentoring and youth engagement initiatives are expanding every year.

Green Rock awarded 10 full scholarships for local students to study hospitality at Apicius Armenia.

This opened international-level education opportunities in Dilijan.

Partnerships

We work with local and international organizations — from UN Women and World Urban Parks to GGA and WEPs. Together we strengthen community development, promote sustainability, and bring global expertise to Dilijan.

Drop us a line

Why? One of Green Rock’s key values is co-creation. A digital space inviting residents, experts, partners to participate could embody this.
