Green Rock Foundation is the social impact platform of Green Rock. It leads non-profit projects in education, culture, and ecology — ensuring long-term value for communities and helping strategic initiatives grow in inclusive and sustainable ways.
Green Rock allocates a part of its profits to the Foundation, building a shared ecosystem of strategic and community-driven projects across Armenia.

Our mission is to empower the people of Dilijan through targeted initiatives that focus on the development of human capital, inclusive infrastructure, ecological responsibility, and cultural enrichment. We aim to foster a strong sense of place and community pride by creating opportunities that are accessible, innovative, and sustainable.
We envision Dilijan as a global model of sustainable small-town development — a place where nature, culture, and innovation coexist, where people thrive, traditions evolve, and growth never comes at the cost of identity or ecology.

Featured Projects
Education — Apicius Armenia
In partnership with Apicius Florence, we are creating Apicius Armenia — a hospitality school in Dilijan that will offer professional training in tourism, culinary arts, and service management. The school will give both local and international students access to accredited education directly linked to the region’s key economic driver: sustainable tourism. Beyond raising hospitality standards in Dilijan, it will also open pathways for social mobility and entrepreneurship.
Culture — VR cultural exhibition
We launched Dilijan’s first permanent Virtual Reality (VR) cultural exhibition at the local museum — an immersive experience that lets residents and visitors explore the town’s rich history and legends in an interactive way. This project reflects our belief that culture should not only be preserved, but also reimagined and kept alive for future generations.
Environment & Sustainability — Green Cab taxi service
To make everyday mobility greener, we introduced Dilijan’s first eco-responsible taxi service with fuel-efficient, low-emission vehicles for locals and visitors. The project showcases sustainable transport alternatives and brings ecology into daily life. Looking ahead, we plan to expand with initiatives in waste reduction, renewable energy, and climate education.
Community Development — Tourism Regional Forum
In 2024, we hosted the first Tourism Regional Forum in Dilijan, uniting stakeholders from across Armenia and the South Caucasus. The event positioned the town as an emerging destination for MICE tourism and laid the groundwork for regional collaboration and investment. It became a proud milestone for Dilijan and a clear signal of our long-term vision.

We work with local residents, newcomers, tourists, partners, and donors to create projects that are inclusive, transparent, and sustainable. We aim to:
- Offer residents with practical skills for employment and entrepreneurship,
- Strengthen community ties and engage people in shaping the town’s life,

- Preserve and modernize cultural identity for new generations,
- Position Dilijan as a regional leader in inclusive, sustainable development.
