Apicius Armenia International School of Hospitality, in collaboration with THE HORECA, organized a special masterclass for local media representatives, led by our Italian professors.
During the event, guests were immersed in the traditions of Italian cuisine, discovering the cultural origins of one of the country’s most iconic dishes — pasta.
The masterclass became a blend of culture, education, and hands-on experience, showcasing how Apicius Armenia brings authentic international hospitality education to Armenia.
